Smite thy Babylonian subjects in Babel Rising

Ubisoft lets you play God in their soon to be launched PSN and XBLA title, Babel Rising. You play God and try to keep the Babylonians from building three different towers to heaven. Hit the break to check out the trailer and screenshots.

If you’re not aware of what this is all about, the game puts in the era where some crazy Babylonians are building a grand tower to heaven. If I were God, I’d be glad to see them building a tower! Don’t know what the hell was wrong with God then, he messed up their languages resulting in chaos – the tower could never be completed.

Ubisoft lets you relive those pleasant memories by transporting you back in history making you play by the books. You’re a God and you’ll need to stop these Babylonians in different historic era spread over 15 single-player missions across 4 game modes. Babel Rising also features competitive and co-operative multiplayer modes.

The only difference here is that these Babylonians know how to protect their tower. While you’re using fire, tornados, floods and meteors to disrupt construction, these smart folks are using spells and other enchantments to help save the tower.
