Rambo: The Video Game to be playable at Gamescom

First out in 1982 as First Blood starring Sylvester Stallone as John Rambo, the historic movie franchise has amassed over $800 million in revenue.

John Rambo, skilled in weaponry, survival, hand to hand combat, guerilla warfare and so much more is being brought to life in a video game by game publisher Reef Entertainment.

‘We have been quiet since we acquired the Rambo license last August. During this time we have been dedicated to creating a videogame for consoles and PC that will allow Rambo fans and gamers across the globe to really get under the skin of Rambo and wield his iconic weapon-set in battle,” offered Reef Entertainment Commercial Director Craig Lewis.

Although there hasn’t been much revealed about the game, from what we know, they’re making the game available for PC, XBox 360 and the PlayStation 3 by the end of this year.

Finally, a decent video game adaptation?
